We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

For bank transfer payments, orders will only be processed after payment confirmation is received.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to logistics providers, location, or unforeseen circumstances. DESIRE® is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and limited drops:

  • All sales are final unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
